I love what I do because it provides joy and stability to others.

I love what I do because for the last 22 plus years, it has enabled me inspire so many seniors to feel young and also added so much love, laughter, learning friendship and God into our lives.

The best part of what I do is being able to overcome challenges for the greater good.

I love what I do because it is satisfying to know that I am making a difference in people’s lives.

I love when I see a new resident living life again, having fun & making new friends!

I’m inspired by what I do because my work is virtuous, impactful, influential and result oriented. Too often people underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

I am inspired by what I do because according to Confucius, when you choose a job that you love you will never have to work a day in your life. I found that love in the senior living community.
