A September to Remember at Amber Court
September was a truly special month at Amber Court, filled with celebrations that highlighted the heart of our assisted living communities: our dedicated team members and our beloved residents. As we turn the page to October, we want to share some of the wonderful memories we made together.
Celebrating Our Incredible Team
We believe in taking care of the people who care for our residents, and this month, we celebrated our amazing staff with a heartfelt Employee Appreciation Day at the Bronx Zoo. It was our way of saying “thank you” for their unwavering hard work and dedication to our assisted living residents. The day was packed with fun, including a thrilling scavenger hunt, delicious food, and tons of fantastic prizes. It was a well-deserved day of fun and relaxation for the people who give their all every single day.

Honoring Assisted Living Week
The festivities continued as our communities came together to honor Assisted Living Week. This was a wonderful opportunity to recognize the incredible people who make our communities so special: our residents and staff. Throughout Assisted Living Week, we hosted a variety of activities and events to show our appreciation. There were lively BBQs, exciting live performances, and countless parties filled with laughter and joy.

More Fun from Around Our Communities
In addition to these special events, our assisted living communities stayed busy with their own unique activities. Our residents enjoyed beautiful weather with more BBQs, participated in a variety of fun projects and activities, and, of course, celebrated all of our September birthdays! Seeing the joy on our residents’ faces as we celebrated them truly warmed our hearts.
From our staff to our residents, September was a beautiful reminder of the strong, vibrant communities we have at Amber Court. We are so grateful for all the moments we shared and look forward to what October has in store!
